What is your Return Policy?

At Prime Source Equipment, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@primesourceequipment.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.
This Mytee LTD12 Speedster is really a monster of a multi-purpose cleaning machine! It has enough power with its adjustable pressure pump (50 - 1200 PSI) to be used as a tile cleaning machine to really blast dirt and grime from grout and other hard surfaces. The pressure can also be dialed down to use the machine as an effective carpet cleaner. It is extremely hard to find a dual purpose machine that work extremely well for cleaning both carpets and hard floors!

When using this machine on either tile or carpet, you'll need to plug the 2 different power cords into two separate 20 amp circuit outlets that are on different breakers. The machine has an amber light on it that will illuminate when you have the cords plugged into outlets on separate breakers. The primary (right) cord has a yellow tag, and runs the vac motor #1 and the pump. The secondary (left) cord powers vac motor #2 and the pump-out.

One of the greatest features of this machine is how easy it is to use. There are a total of 4 buttons on the control panel, and then a dial next to the solution line for increasing and decreasing the water pressure. The 4 buttons are used to turn on vac motor #1, vac motor #2, the delivery pump, and the pump-out feature. To utilize the auto-fill and pump-out features for continuous usage on this machine, just connect a standard garden hose from a water source tothe auto-fill connection. Turn on the water source and let the tank begin to fill. It will shut off when the water level reaches the float switch in the solution tank.

To start using the auto-dump feature, simply connect a second standard garden hose to the pump-out connection and lay the other end of the hose in a drainable location. Activate the pump-out switch on the front of the machine and open the ball valve on the pump-out connection. The LTD12 will then start to automatically drain recovered water from the tank.

The Mytee LTD12 has multiple internal filters that must be cleaned regularly and are located in different spots throughout the machine. Please take a look at the manual listed below for full maintenance instructions and tips for taking care of your machine. One great tip to help extend the life of your machine is to run the vacuum motors after each job for a few minutes with the tank empty and lid off to allow excess moisture in the vac motors to dry out.
