How quickly will my order ship, and when can I expect delivery?
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days, and many ship the same day. Delivery usually takes about 4–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier schedules. Which forms of payment are accepted?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please check your package carefully at the time of delivery. If there are any visible signs of damage, note it on the delivery receipt. If you cannot inspect the contents right away but suspect damage, write “possible damage” when signing. Should your item arrive damaged, send photos of the packaging and product to support@primesourceequipment.com, and we will arrange a replacement or issue compensation.

Do you charge sales tax?

Our business is registered in the State of Delaware, which does not impose sales tax on purchases. Orders shipped within Delaware will not be charged sales tax.

For orders shipped outside of Delaware, sales tax may be applied based on the destination state’s tax laws and regulations. Any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout in accordance with the delivery address provided.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
