What if my order arrives damaged?
We ask that you carefully inspect your shipment upon delivery. If you notice any damage—including damage to the packaging—please note it on the delivery receipt before signing. If you are unable to open the package at that time but suspect damage, write “possible damage” on the receipt. Should your order arrive with damage, please email photos to support@primesourceequipment.com, within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly, typically within one business day.
